Why I Started Elevated Instruction...

After a decade in education where I consistently crafted impactful, meaningful lessons for learners, I founded Elevated Instruction with a clear purpose: to transform corporate training from a tedious obligation into a powerful growth catalyst.

My journey began in classrooms and coaching sessions, where I witnessed firsthand how thoughtful instructional design could ignite understanding and drive results. This passion led me to pursue a Masters in Instructional Design in 2019, formalizing my expertise in creating learning experiences that truly matter.

The inspiration for Elevated Instruction came during countless instructor and virtual instructor-led training sessions where I felt my time wasn't valued. Sitting through ineffective, disengaging training made me realize that many organizations are missing a critical opportunity.
